Akbar Opan Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy

1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Akbar Opan is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or play. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend accounts where this cannot be verified.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

6 Fair Play & Game Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions have been detected.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A player's account has been inactive for an extended period in line with the platform's dormancy policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the platform to restrict access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9 Privacy & Data Use
